Dhruval is a recent graduate of the Master’s in Computational Social Science program. She has an educational background in electrical engineering and several years of professional experience at a Fortune50 company. Being interested in the reciprocal relation between society and technology, such as big data and artificial intelligence, Dhruval has focused on learning computational research methods and engaging in courses in Economic Sociology, Anthropology, as well as Philosophy at UChicago. Armed with skills for computational research and social scientific inquiry, she intends to return to work in a professional job. Having been raised in two multicultural nations and having traveled to seven continents, Dhruval embraces ‘global citizenship’ and champions diversity in cultural identity.
